Founder & Lead Educator
Erica, known in the industry as Ms. E, is a visionary leader, award-winning stylist, and Licensed passionate educator with more than 17 years of experience in the beauty industry. As the founder of The Erica Renee Brand & Company she has dedicated her career to empowering the next generation of beauty professionals through education, mentorship, and innovation.

Her career journey has been marked by excellence and influence. Erica has successfully owned and operated a thriving salon, launched her own professional product line, started an online academy for professionals and established herself as an in-demand educator at leading cosmetology schools. She has traveled extensively to share her expertise, judged prestigious hair competitions, and graced major stages as a platform artist at the world-renowned Bronner Brothers Hair Show.

Erica’s impact extends beyond the classroom and the stage. She is a published author, workshop leader, and mentor, known for providing beauty professionals with the tools and strategies to achieve lasting success. Her workshops, books, and programs reflect her belief in professionalism, creativity, and business excellence.
