for licensed beauty professionals while also supporting and educating cosmetology and hair design

Founded by Erica Turner, a licensed cosmetologist, licensed cosmetology

educator, and licensed continuing education provider with over 17 years of

experience in the beauty industry, the organization was created to elevate

professional standards and expand opportunities for students
